[SECC] ARS Spartan Sprint Tonight

In last week's weekly contest posting, I forgot to mention the August 
Adventure Radio Society Spartan Sprint, which is tonight local time, 
0100-0300 UTC Tuesday.  It is a QRP contest.  80-10M CW.  (Remember that 
15 and 10M have been open with Es most evenings for the past week or 
so.)  Exchange:  RST + SPC + Power.  Why not turn down your rig to 5W
