[SECC] RTTY Sprint Teams

WF4W, Tad, wants to be part of a SECC or ACG team for RTTY Sprint.  Note 
that only one team of three members has signed up so far.  This is a 
great opportunity for new teams to be formed.  I don't work RTTY yet. 
Will someone who works RTTY please register a team to include WF4W and
