[SECC] Change of time this weekend

Be aware that the time change could affect your logging software during 
the SS.  If you are on during that confusing time of 2AM, your system 
clock could be reset automatically and if your logging software is 
computing the GMT as +4 from local time, it could mean that some times 
would be wrong after "2AM".  I'll be in bed and "on hold" so before I 
start up in the morning, I'll check to see that all is well.
