I've been feeling bad about this weekend with no good HF contest on CW 
or SSB to work.  I've just found about a change in the QRPARCI contest 
schedule.  They will sponsor a QRP contest Saturday 15 to 18Z, 160-10M, 
Exchange:  RST, SPC, QRPARCI # or Power Out.  Please turn your rig down 
to 5W or less and have some fun and give out some mults.  Full
