[SECC] NAQP RTTY Practice Session

NCCC is hosting a practice session for NAQP RTTY from 0230-0300 Saturday
(Friday evening NA time) so we can make sure our stations work and our
diddles are right-side up.  80 and 40 will be most effective across the
region, but it is also fun to practice moving locals on groundwave to the
other bands.
