This week, we'll use the NS CW format on Thursday, Oct. 22 local time,
Oct. 23 UTC, 0230-0300Z.
Same format, next week, Oct. 30.
NS will now use FOUR bands; 160 (near 1815) , 80, 40, 20m (+35 to 45).
