Comments:
Due to a lip injury that I got right before the contest, I did not work as
much
of the contest as I would have hoped. Friday night I attempted to work the
contest a little bit, but only logged two contacts due to difficulty in
speaking. By the time the swelling had decrease enough that I could talk
sufficiently, the contest had two hours left, which I made haste to use that
time.
Regardless of the short amount of operating time, I had a great time, and
cannot wait for the next one to come around, so I can operate more of it. I
did
in fact end up with a new country: Chile. So the contest did some good.
