[SECC] Tenn QSO Party Results

Congratulations to the SECC#1 team (K4BAI, K1ZZI, K2SX, N4GG, W4IX)  for 
first place out of state group in this year's TN QSO Party.   SECC#3 
team came in sixth.  A lot of interest in this category this year.  For 
some reason, W9WI sent me all five team certificates so I hope to mail
