[SECC] Help for a New Contester

I have received a request from our latest member, W3HZZ, for help in 
discussing contests with someone who lives in his area, which he 
describes as mid-town Atlanta.  He is a ham from way back who has 
recently become active again and has worked some QRP contests.  I have 
worked him at least twice in recent months in QRP sprints.  He says he 
has a lot to learn about contests and wants to discuss contesting with 
some local to him. Please let me know if you could help Phil and I'll
