I'd like to Welcome Dan, K4FXN to the SECC.  Dan is in Louisville, KY,
well outside our circle - but we are always happy to pick up a new
member and Dan is radio-active; showing up in most sprints, SS, etc.
 
Dan, in contests where the ARRL or CQ circles do not apply, please feel
free to contribute your scores to the SECC.
