Gang, Some USA stations have been on 14.100 to 113 using ROS. The write up says it is just another digital mode but the FCC confirmed to the ARRL that it is "spread Spectrum" and illegal in the USA and FCC call sign allocation areas (KP4, KH6 etc) below 222 Mhz. Please avoid ROS until the FCC decides otherwise. They will send you a notice of an official violation! Dave K4JRB |
