[SECC] Lightning protection

In case members don't know, I've been putting together some different web 
pages on lightning protection. While there are a variety of opinions of what 
is best, keep in mind my radios stay connected 24/7 and I have never lost a 
radio or as much as a computer modem. My tall tower, being the tallest thing 
by far for miles, takes over a dozen direct hits a year without every having 
damage to anything inside buildings.
