[SECC] SECC Net

Several have expressed an interest in Tom's idea to start an SECC net.  Anyone 
else interested in participating in an SECC net?  CW / SSB?  

Preferably someone with net experience needed to volunteer and set this up and 
give it a try.  Please contact me.
