should be a WW contest. I just think it would be much better participation

The sentiment that arrl dx contest is what it is and dont mess with it is
pretty
much the arguement of all the traditionalist here also. So be it. I dont like
the contest and never will so I can get the weekend off from contesting.

? I for one? dont operate the ARRL ?dx? contest for past 20 years (except to
work p40w) because there is so much lack of participation by the rest of the
world. It used to be that you could maybe squeeze out 100 countries on one of
the low bands 160,80,40 but not anymore.
? The rest of the native world except europe consider arrl dx contest a bad
contest. That wont change much with any rule change except making it a world
wide contest.
? But have fun fighting the arrl system.
