[SECC] Renew amateur Call Georgia auto License plates?

I remember seeing several postings about NOT having to pay the Vanity Plate 
charge of $35 on Georgia License plates for HAM call signs.  It is clearly 
listed as a charge on the renewal form.  So just how does one avoid this 
charge?  Does the approach vary by county?  Anyone been able to avoid the 
charge in Fulton County?
