I second Ralph's motion about Sweepstakes. But remember that there is
one club competition that combines SS CW and SS Phone. So, enter both
for as much time as you can. If what you are interested in is fun and
contributing to the club aggregate score, then run high power if you
can, low power if you have no amp, and QRP if you are limited to that.
Higher power means more QSOs, more fun, running, running, and running,
and higher club scores. I will put in 24 hours. I don't expect many of
us to do that, but put in what time you can and submit your score for
the club. Remember to list the club in the header of your Cabrillo log
exactly like this: "South East Contest Club."
