[SECC] NA Rules Clarification

I just want to get this Right. If I call CQ on a freq. and work a station. Then 
I have to work someone else on a new freq. before I can come back to that freq 
I 
was on before to work another station. In other words I can not just wait until 
the station I gave up the freq. to work someone else and then work that 
station.
