[SECC] Correction: NCCC NS Practice Thursday Night

Correction to earlier announcement:  This Thursday night will not be a 
Ladder event since it is Thursday prior to Visalia and is an off night 
for Ladder events.  It seems that there will be a NCCC sponsored NA 
Sprint practice at the usual time and using the usual rules.  So, the 
only difference from the prior announcement is that the session will not 
count for the current Ladder competition.  73, John, K4BAI.
