About 10 user's were disabled for excessive bounces. I have restored all of
those accounts. If you have sent an email , you will have to resend it. No clue
why. Listman is antiquated software.

Just received about 10 bounces in 1 minute. They look like
legit calls/ messages. Never seen this before, hopefully it is just a burp
by the server.
