Very similar to CAT-5, except CAT-5 has no shield and is 4 pair instead 
of three.  For a short run (5 or 6 feet) you can strip the shield off 
RG-6 or RG-8X and slide it over the CAT cable if the shield is really 
necessary.   I have most of a 1,000 ft spool of CAT-5 you are welcome to.
