There's nothing like CWT when you're snowed-in! This was my first CWT with
my
"new" MM-1 keyer and Brass Racer paddle combo. Sure better than what
I was previously using (Vibrokeyer with old MFJ mem keyer). Thanks for the
positive feedback from several of you. All went great until W3KB called me
late
in the hour and I hit the paddle and nothing happened. The keyer quit on me
for
about two minutes (sorry for not responding to your call Keith). 40m was in
great shape. I ran on 40m for almost the entire hour. I missed K4BAI and
N4AF
this morning... This was my personal best score so far during a CWT! May be
back at 19z unless enjoying the snow. 73's Dave WN4AFP.
