[SECC] Georgia QSO Party April 9-10th

This year the GQP is on April 9-10 in the usual pair of 10hr sessions.  Read

Several yeas ago I created a GQP logging program built specifically (and only) 
for Georgia amateurs working the Georgia QSO Party.

My logging program, GQPLog, is written for DOS but can be run on ANY version of 
Windows and/or Mac OS X (or Linux for that matter).
