TRLog to DXBase conversion

Dean at DXBase is working on a import program to import TR Logs into 
DXBase.  At this point Dean has not found much interest in such an 
import program.  If you are interested in having this import routine 
available, please contact Dean <w8zf@altlaw.com> and express your 
interest.
