S&P QSO Flagging

In the sprint last weekend, I had the option set to flag the S&P QSOs 
with the $.  Only thing is, almost all the Qs were flagged.  I know I 
made some QSOs in the CQ mode - roughly half ;)

What gives?  Am I missing something or is this just the way this 
feature "works"?
