5.86 and SMARTDRIVE

At Tree's suggestion, I installed SMARTDRIVE on my aging 286, because
the disk was causing some large delays.  That seems to have taken
care of the problem.   Time to log a QSO dropped from about 6 
seconds to 2.  I allocated 1 MB of memory to SMARTDRIVE, which
is probably way more than necessary, but it wasn't doing anything else.
