Call update file

I had some spare moments and downloaded the latest gate two data 
from the KI4HN web site and constructed a file.

I know you can't use it yet - but you can get it from jzap.com in
the pub/n6tr directory (it is called gatetwo).  I can e-mail if
you can't ftp.

I will test this over the weekend and include in the next release (yes
I know - that means only I will be calling all the gate two people by
name in the ARRL 160 contest).
