USER INFO SHOWN bug in 5.96

I have found a bug preventing most of the settings for USER INFO SHOWN
from working - all but CUSTOM.

However, it is easy to work around.  Simply specify USER INFO SHOWN =
CUSTOM and then set CUSTOM USER STRING = the field you wanted to 
display.

This will be fixed in the next release.
