[TRLog] Serial Port Keying Problem Resolved

Hi again,

I've been playing around with the serial port keying problem.  I remembered
from several interface articles that most were not using the RTS-CTS pins
at the radio.  I jumpered these two pins and now the interface and keying
works correctly.
