[TRLog] Multi Network Bug

Hi all,

Found a small bug using multi that I thought I might post.  If you update
your TRMASTER.DTA on one computer make sure you move that updated file to the
other computers.  If you don't and are using INITIAL EXCHANGE = XXX ,
computer 2 will crash when you enter a callsign that is in the DTA file.
