On just about every one of the TQP/Armadillo Runs I ever made,
I did at least one county line thing where I would leave the current
county to go a few miles to sit on two new counties, operate for
about 20 minutes, then go back to the 'current' county to continue
my route. In this case, neither county would necessarily be an
unneeded county..
