[TRLog] SAC : Pse help for my friend

IK3PQG is a very good friend of mine and he have now a problem with the SAC 
(Scandinavian) Contest .

Following the rules on RADIO RIVISTA about this contest I can read that is 1 
point for each station from Scandinavia and is not important the band where the 
station is worked.

N6tr's program don't follow this rule in fact it make 3 points for each qso on 
the lower band (40/80m) and 1 point for other bands.Any suggestion about my 
problem ??
