Wrt K9PW's message about ARRL format in TR, I got the same note from
Contest Branch after this year's IARU. Sent back a pointed query reminding
them it was identical to the previous year's log format and should I notify
N6TR there was a bug in his program, etc. Later received an apology and an
explanation there was some mix-up in Newington.
If anyone has questions about it, you can always do a visual compare
against the format standard.
