Hi,
What I have seen is that many call before they know your call for sure.
I have sent a report only to have the calling station send "sri qso b4"
and be gone.
So how would this sound....
When a dupe calls send the "b4" message. If they call again work them
for zero points.
This takes care of the ones who call blindly but saves any argument
about who is in whos log.
