Good work Tom.
I don't have the bandwidth to proactively keep track of the 50 odd
contests that TR supports for rule changes every year. It would be
nice if I got a note from the sponsor when a rule changes, but that
seldom happens.
I will change the default domestic file for the CQ 160 for the next
release. Your solution is better than adding DC to the existing
.DOM file as that might affect another contest.
