No problem here either with an AMD K5 at 90 mHz. However, in assembling
another computer for running Linux, I did come across an incompatible
motherboard. The BIOS was the same version by Award that I run on the
K5-machine, but there was some other glitch in one of the chipsets that
kept the board from being 100% compatible. I changed the motherboards and
all went well. By the way, the maker of the incompatible board listed a
name but no address (hi).
