I had one lockup. I did not have a continuous tone,
but I did have to do a C-A-D. I haven't tried to
recreate, but the one thing that I know that I did differently
that time vs all others was that I did the Alt-D in
the middle of QSO. That is, I was in CQ mode entered
a call and hit enter. While I was waiting to copy the
exchange I did the Alt-D, and it locked up.
