[TRLog] Croatian contest Version 6.3

Seasons Greetings,

I didn't have TR Log last year so couldn't comment on the exchange
format. However, went back to version 6.25 and 6.30 and neither
generates a summary sheet. For those of you that operated, change the
contest name in LOGCFG.DAT to RAC and compile a summary sheet. Then just
re-name the header.
