[TRLog] Can't send name in CQ exch.

        I can't get TR to incorporate a name when sending a CQ
Exchange (or anytime else for that matter).  I'm sure I must
have overlooked something but can't see what.

        1.  The name is in the Db (trmaster)

        2.  The name displays correctly on the screen B4 the QTH

        3.  CQ Ex Name and CQ Ex both set up with the %

        Can someone please help?
