[TRLog] How do I create an ADIF file?

        Can someone please tell me how I can create a *.adi
file from my log file for the Helvetia contest over the 
week-end?

        I understood that TR supported ADIF but can't find
any reference to it in the POST programs or the manual.  Nor
does LogConv support the Helvetia format.
