[TRLog] CFG and DOM files for Mass. QSO Party, May 1-2

For the upcoming Massachusetts QSO Party, May 1 and 2, 1999, I have
developed CFG and DOM files -- one set for Massachusetts stations and
another for stations outside Massachusetts.
