I am, like you, a novice in this game; but I do know that tr does not
support ethernet but you can tie them together with the serial ports as
shown in the tr instructions. I have done this and it works fine. It is so
impressive to see the two band maps handle the packet input, so impressive
in fact that I may give up operating and just sit here and watch the system
do its' thing. I am told that using one computer and two radios is a better
way to go. My advise is to debug well before you take it to the field !!!!!
