[TRLog] IC706MKII PTT turn off delay

I just build K6XX "Contestpedition" cable for the IC706MKII. It works fine
but I'm not so happy with the PTT turn off time of the IC706MKII. Is there a
way to make  the turn off faster? The CW F-BK mode of the IC706 is  barely
usable for pleasant CW operation.
