[TRLog] DOH!!! (was config file wierdness)

        I realized the problem not long after I made my post to the list. 
That damned .rst file has bit me in the ass more than once! 

        Also went in and took care of the ^O and ^P stuff. Everything looks 
good now. Guess that's what I get for trying to work on this at 1:30 in the 
morning.
