A couple of people pointed out to me that the page numbers in the index
were incorrect in 6.43alpha.
So, after discovering another interesting quirk in Acrobat, I now have
uploaded 6.43beta. This is (should be, anyway) unchanged from 6.43alpha,
except that the page numbers are now correct.
Please let me know if there problems.
