Yup - I found myself writing down calls on a piece of paper, then
pressing ESCAPE to abort the CQ and then typing in the call like
mad to come back to the guy.
It will be necessary to hit RETURN to come back to the guy - but
this feels right to me as often they start sending their call a
second time when you don't come right back, and you need to wait
until they have their ears back on.
