[TRLog] POST UEA - UEFF in 6.48

I did indeed break POST's UEA and UEFF routines (or any time that it
needs to convert the .DTA file to ASCII).  This was a fat finger type
mistake where a couple of words got deleted.  

I will bundle this with some other fixes into a new release soon.
