[TRLog] Wish list item: Shift RIT in CQ mode only

I'm completely addicted to the Shift key RIT control available for my
TS-850.  I wish, however, there were a way to use it only in CQ mode.  I
find it annoying in S&P mode.  I find myself using the Shift key for
something (e.g., Shift-Tab) and sending the radio off to who-knows-where.

On another, related topic:  I know that full RIT control for Yaesu is
problematic.  Is the clear RIT command supported?
