Partial answer to my own question.
@ DE \ does this as a function key BUT:
I realize that I can use the F keys BUT that does not work the way I wish.
The problem is that the cursor stays in the Call Window. It does not move to
the Exchange window when I do this.
I do not see a sequence to tell it to switch to exchange window?
