     4.3. Maritime mobile stations send signal report and ITU Region (1, 2
or 3)

ITU regions count as a mult when a /MM station is worked.   How do I enter
this in the exchange field and have the received exchange and mult show as
region 1, 2 or 3.  Or what do I append to the CALL/MM or whatever to show
this?
