I thought I'd posted this some time ago.

 From my ARRL 10m config file:

domestic multiplier = domestic file
domestic filename = arrl10.dom

And arrl10.dom is S50P13DC.DOM plus:

r1 = R1
r2 = R2
r3 = R3
